CLUB NOTICE
Kart Competition Licences and the new Kart PG Licence
The Licensing Department have advised that a number of calls have been received since the New Year from competitors
who have not yet received their 2012 Competition Licence.
Owing to the introduction of the new Kart PG licence which is now required to be presented, together with any drivers
licence who is under 18 years of age, it has been agreed that where a driver and the accompanying Kart PG licence is
unable to be presented only one Non-Production of Licence fee will be required. This concession is valid for January
2012 only and will expire on Tuesday 31st January 2012. Following which the Non-Production of Licence fee will be
due for each and every licence not presented for inspection.
To clarify, Non-Production of Licence fees as follows, where a licence is not presented for inspection (H22):
Both the Kart Driver and Kart PG Licence not produced – One Non-Production of Licence fee is levied during
January 2012 only, for each event as applicable.
In all other circumstances a Non-Production of Licence fee is due for each licence not presented.
The Licence Department have confirmed that licences are being despatched in line with our specified time scales and the
renewals for 2012 Competition Licences were despatched at the beginning of November. Those applicants who have
contacted the Licensing Department chasing licences within the processing time are being given the option of transferring
to the Express service, if possible.

Adults Carvery £25 per person, child's Carvery £16 per person (16yrs & under)
Alternative for the younger children sausage, chips & beans, ice cream £6.00 per child.

If any members would like to discuss any points about either the helping with anything that the club does, feel free to drop me an e-mail, you don't have to be a committee member to provide your services, we are all ways looking for people with skills or trades that could benefit the club.
Please be aware that the circuit is an asset to the club, and that there is to be no access to the airfield, or surrounding areas of our circuit by club members, we must abide by this to keep our circuit, any member found breaching this rule will be severely reprimanded by the club.
